Preserving Community Excellence

Capistrano Homeowners Association, Inc. was originally incorporated in 1982 under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act. The association serves as the governing body for the Capistrano Condominiums, a well-established condominium complex located in Bexar County, Texas.

The HOA’s mission is to ensure the preservation and maintenance of the Condominium Project in accordance with the official Condominium Declaration for Capistrano Condominiums. Through responsible management, community communication, and adherence to established guidelines, Capistrano HOA strives to provide a well-maintained and harmonious living environment for all residents.

Community Support

Although Capistrano Homeowners Association does not offer traditional commercial services, the organization provides essential management and maintenance functions vital to the condominium community. The HOA oversees property standards, enforces community rules, manages financial resources responsibly, and ensures the common areas are properly maintained. The association also provides residents with access to governing documents, such as Declarations, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations. The goal is to maintain property values, community safety, and neighborhood satisfaction for all owners and residents.

Financial Management

Manages community funds responsibly, ensuring that dues are collected and budgets are balanced. Provides transparent financial reporting to members. Allocates funds effectively for repairs, improvements, and administrative costs.

Document Management

Maintains and provides access to official HOA governing documents, including Declarations, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations. Ensures documents are current and compliant with legal requirements. Allows residents to view and download documents as needed.
